Question
PGHammer
This question has come up way back when folks started taking "business" software home for personal usage - and thanks to Covid-19, the question has, in fact, resurfaced; can Microsoft365 (for Business OR Enterprise) be used with your own documents?
Answer: Yes - this has not changed a whit. Still, to cover your bases, create a personal OneDrive to store those files in (if you don't have one already). It is absolutely free; if you have a Microsoft account already, simply use it to create your new OneDrive. Then, in the settings for Microsoft365, attach it as a service. That gives you two OneDrives - one for business files, and one for your own.
