Can someone tell me how much they think my PS4 Pro with games is worth on second hand market

I am thinking of selling my PS4 Pro with 2 controllers, and the attached games.

 

Can someone please help me with a fair price to list it at?   The game with no name is Shadow of the Tomb Raider. 

 

I am in Canada, if it matters.
