I'd say its better on PC since you can mod it.

Well I am considering it for ps5

 

 But for pc I paid for GOG but I don’t want to play on the couch and due to my health, the couch is where I want to play at the moment 

 

i will give it a few more years to mature on PC then 

checked the ps5 local pricing and it is still asking a premium pricing which I will not give them

I don't mod and I'd say play it wherever you feel like playing it.  unless you're trying to play on the X1/PS4 gen (which I know you aren't) it should be great.

Although I don't own a PS5 myself, I have played it on one and it runs perfectly well on PS5. I was just as content playing it on there as I am on PC.
