help! Offline installer for Office Lens?

Seems that Microsoft has discontinued Office Lens because it can no longer be downloaded on the Microsoft Store, but IO wonder if anyone can help me with an offline installer/Windows app?

 

I have it on my phone, but for the convenience of syncing I'd like it on my PC too.

Thanks that did work  only the app does not let me sign in, so the sync functions aren't available  haha thanks man!
