nova launcher question

I use nova launcher as my android launcher and i am wondering if there is a way to lock the home screen layout of my icons so they will not move? If this is not an option, is there a 3rd party app that will do this? My LG Stylo 4 doesnt have an option to do this under settings that I know of.

long press home screen, then select settings  -> home screen ->Advanced -> Lock Layout

Another nova question plz... is there a way to lock the wallpaper so it doesn't change by itself to the default in nova settings or on LG stylo 4 android phone?
