I can not get A app working

Helo please help me if this is the wrong place to post then sorry I have a iPhone 12 Pro ok when I go to the App Store to install tiktok when I press get it loads then go’s back to get it won’t install I just don’t know what to do does anyone please know a fix please thank you nick

Check your Internet connection and maybe your storage too?

Did you get any error from the App Store? Did you try any other app? Did you use WiFi or Cellular?

It works fine on my iPhone 8 and air pod 3 2019.just not on my iPhone 12 Pro I have WiFi yes tryed a different app and works fine just not tiktok thank you for replying mate

Please can more peeps reply please tiktok won’t install on my iPhone 12 pro when I try install it ,it loads then go’s back to get I’ve installed it on my iPhone 8 and iPod with no problems it just won’t install on my iPhone 12 Pro thank you please help
