Emails that are sent from THIS.EMAIL@EMAILS.COM get sorted to Folder 1 (as it comes to a team distribution list).
The rule is:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to <THE TEAM DISTRO LIST ADDRESS>
move it to Folder 1
I have set up a rule so when an email is sent from THIS.EMAIL@EMAILS.COM it is moved into Folder 2.
The rule is:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
from THIS.EMAIL@EMAILS.COM
and sent to <THE TEAM DISTRO LIST ADDRESS>
move it to Folder 2
But now I get two copies - one in each Folder 1 and Folder 2.
Is there a tweak I can make to MOVE emails to Folder 2 straight away?
The rule to sort messages to the team distribution list is 3rd from the bottom. The rule to sort the emails from the specific address is second in the list.
When I click on "Rules & Alerts" it asks me whether I want the client or server rule set - I always click server as I want these rules to follow me wherever I log on.
