Two new ways to create a Windows 11 Home local account!

Method One : Ipconfig /release

 

At the Microsoft Account sign in screen do the following

 

1) Press shift+10 to bring up a command prompt. 

2) Type ipconfig /release and press enter

3) Click the back button.

 

 

Method Two : taskkill /F /IM oobenetworkconnectionflow.exe

 

When prompted to connect to a Wi-Fi network or if you have the ethernet disconnect or if you currently have no internet and just wish to proceed with the installation do the following.

 

1) Press shift+10 to bring up a command prompt. 

2) Type taskkill /F /IM oobenetworkconnectionflow.exe and press enter

 

It should now Prompt you to create a local account.
