Downloader for Countdown Websites?

Question

In days gone by, I think I used to have something called jDownloader (may have been spyware infested), which could download stuff from file sharing websites.

However, many of these websites want you to wait for 30 seconds, only allow one download, very slow speeds, or having to wait an hour before it'll allow more downloads.

Not asking for anything to bypass any of this but if there's a program that I can paste a whole bunch of links in and then it'll happily plough through them whenever it can, so I can set and forget...

Would greatly appreciate it :)

JDownloader2 is still around, I still use it as my primary download tool when I want multiple consecutive connections downloading a file. There's no spyware or anything in the tool, the only real downside of it is it's java based.

Internet Download Manager has similar functionality as well; Neowin commonly does articles for this app when new versions come out

There's also Free Download Manager as an alternate to Internet Download Manager
