Edge Browser Window All Small and off Screen

I get this with Windows too but my edge browser has all of a sudden decided to launch in a tiny window that's 97% off the left hand side of the screen.

Is there a way to reset the default window position?

 

I seem to remember when you close the window then it remembers it's position and size and will launch as that size but I have tried closing the browser and it still comes back all small.

I think you mean the Shift key, not the Ctrl key, right?

I just went back and check and it is indeed the Shift key.  I have gone ahead and edited the message to reflect this.  Thanks for the catch!
