One for the spooks at the National Reconnaissance Office.

 

Rumor is this is a pair of Naval Ocean Surveillance System (NOSS) INTRUDER signals intelligence (SIGINT) satellites.

 

Usually with these the coverage ends shortly after upper stage separation for security reasons.

It all depends on the trajectory and the mass of the payload. SpaceX has been launching a lot of heavy payloads.
