A few main page tweaks

We've moved send news tip to the top right, and in its old place (on the main page only) we've added text to make it clearer there are layout formats to choose from

 

 

The layout bit does now not display an empty bit in articles (just the Newsletter portion itself)

 

 

We've added a new overlay for guides.
