No doubt spammers and scammers are getting much more sophisticated, so hence why I was not surprised. Here in Australia spammers are now using Australian mobile numbers to trick you into answering. I had that happen to a friend, she was told she was being arrested (automated spot) and that she had to pay a certain amount of cash to get out of jail. Definitely scammers.
