USB-C Port on back of PC is loose, any way to fix it?

I built my computer back in 2015, and I did everything right...but I never noticed until recently when I go to use my Quest 2 VR Headset, I use a USB-C cable to connect it..and I notice that sometimes the cable gets disconnected very easily compared to all the other ports that are back there on the motherboard. Is there anyway to fix this? because it's really annoying.
