Win 10, I get a notification in the task tray about changing passwords

A few times a day, I will randomly get message from Windows/MS saying I should consider changing my password(s), but when I click on it, nothing happens, yet a few hours later, the message is back. What the hell is this and can I stop it?

I don't recall seeing a message like that from the operating system.  The next time it appears, can you capture a screenshot of it and share it in your reply?

That usually shows on AD joined systems with a password expiry set...
