Need device pdf scanner recommendation

Hey everyone,

 

Without getting into too much detail, I am looking for a community scanner in our office. One where anyone can go up to it, scan a document and have the scan job emailed as a PDF.  Email is the important requirement.

 

Many of the ones I am finding require software on everyone's laptop or SharePoint setup or something like that. Email is what everyone is used to with the community copiers that have scanners built in. 

 

Does anyone have any recommendations of devices that they've been using or have used.

 

I am looking at a few Fujitsu devices but I can't identify a specific model that would do emailing.
