He may be from NY, but yeah computers have been using Celsius for ages.. Get used to using it, OP.

CPU Package is the temperature provided by the CPU itself. It has a built-in digital thermal diode that provides the temperature reading that AIDA64 then displays as "CPU Package".

You're alright bub, stop worrying. If your computer starts shutting down because of heavy temperatures/loads, THEN I would start getting scared.

Well, I had quite a bit of email back and forth with Corsair report. It was basically just them having me troubleshoot thermal issues as if it's running too hot. Towards the end, they told me to just keep an eye on it. I said "I thought I wouldn't have to worry about heat with your liquid cooling". He asked how long it's been installed and I said 3 days. Think I should try and get an RMA?

As is said many times, do not worry about it. ANY temp sensor is off by a few degrees. 32C to 75C is the sweet spot for any CPU. Some can go higher.

As said 100 times now, RUN PRIME95. (trry running several temp sensors, as hwmonitor)

You have NOTHING to worry about..

Yeah I ran Prime95 yesterday and I wasn't sure if it was doing anything. I saw a whole bunch of partial windows with cut off text that I couldn't read. I'll post a screenshot when I get home.

I appreciate your patience. I'm sure those are the sweet spot for a regular fan cooler. I thought I'd hook up this liquid cooling and it would run cooler. Corsair seemed to think it was running to hot but didn't really want to do anything about it.

Watch System Settings and watch the graph for CPU usage. Should be at 100% or close to.

Like I said, watch the temps, too. There are several programs that do this. Have them open.

Ok this will be my last question and I’ll stop worrying about it.

I watched a video by a pc builder last night and he was using this cooler and he said to use the CPU FAN connector or AIO connector if your motherboard has one. So, I opened up and moved the connector over to the AIO cooler connector which my mobo does have but I got an error booting up about a temperature sensor missing or something. I ended up moving it back to cpu fan. Is that AIO pump header even meant to be used?

also, looking at this pic should I consider moving my case? It occurred to me I may not be getting the greatest airflow in there?

Would recommend the AIO pump to be connected to the Pump header (runs at 100% unless adjusted in the BIOS).  You probably received a CPU Fan failure message without anything connected to CPU fan header.

Assuming all your fans are going to a hub with one wire going to a header on the mobo?  Could move that plug to the CPU header.

There is only one of those kinds of plugs and it’s on the cpu fan header at the moment. The other connections are 2 to the usb connectors for commander core and a SATA connector for the pump.

EDIT:  I replied to my email chain with Corsair support asking about using that AIO header and got an error that their mailbox is full. I wonder if that’s from me LOL. Anyways, I think since the pump is powered by sata it must be getting full power and the cpu header is only for monitoring. I might just not worry about it or think about moving my case out  from where it is. The backside of my fans with the grill on them are facing in on the front fans and up on the top fans so I believe I’m getting intake from the front and outtake on the top.

aaah.  Yes, according to that cooler's manual ... "Connect pump tach cable to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard (figure 2)."  Appears everything is controlled through the bloatness that is iCue.
