bikeman25
Hello Right now Running in Desktop Intel I7 10700, 32GB DDR4 2666mhz Ram--16GB x2, Evga Geforce 1660 Super, on Gigabyte B460M-DS3H. Would i have to upgrade my motherboard, and Processor, and storage drive to PCie 4.0 compliant to take advantage of say a 3060 or 3060TI video card? Eventually do want an RTX Video card for games like Battlefield 2042, and other future games that support RTX, i know Battlefield 2042 recommends at least a 3060 card, but so far haven't obtained one as yet. Power supply currently is Evga G3 650 Watt (purchased in 2018) Might upgrade that to 750 Watt as well when i get the newer card maybe if it's advisable Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1424740-video-card-question/ Share on other sites

I'd do it for birthday next month, but will have to see for sure on that aspect Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1424740-video-card-question/#findComment-598788435 Share on other sites
