Trying to turn off core isolation in device integrity on windows 11

It says It is controlled by the administrator. I am the admin. I cant figure out how to do this... Any suggestions?

are you running Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro?
type winver.exe in the Run dialog box to show the Windows 11 version and edition
