neo2023
Hi forum, "Always show icons" in the tray has a problem in 23H1. Windows doesn't remember my choice. I have the NP++ toggle key on, but after reboot, Windows hides its icon. If I exit NP++ and reopen it, Windows remember my choice (not hide the icon in the tray) After rebooting and opening the NP++ (minimize it to tray), Windows doesn't remember my choice and hides it in the tray! Is this a bug?! Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1432405-always-show-icon-in-system-tray-bug/ Share on other sites
Astral
Have you tried to manually drag the NP++ from within the slideout into the tray and reboot? I've noticed similar behavior with other apps, and this has usually sorted it out for me. neo2023
Yes. I drag them all (all app icons I want to be shown in the tray) to the tray to unhide, but Windows hides them after reboot!
