How to uninstall digital clock software

I downloaded a file from this page:

and now when I try to remove it  but it isn't listed under Programs and Features in order to remove it.

So how I remove it from my desktop please? Avast detecting it as some maleware or something and I not want it on my computer. The restore point did not help even though it was sucsessfull. It didn't come up with the reboot in system tray but its in there as I still not uninstall it. I selected to have it to NOT STARTUP on its application.

Apps installed via the Microsoft Store can be uninstalled by either:

1. Locating the program icon in the Start Menu, right clicking it and selecting Uninstall or
2. Opening the Settings app, selecting Apps and uninstalling from there.

I don't believe Store apps appear in Programs and Features.
