Anyone else noticing a lot of spam getting through Outlook.com

For the last three days a lot of spam has been making its way into my inbox for Outlook.com - similar to when there was an issue in February.

Is this happening for anyone else?

probably because they want you to take out an exchange E5 license and get advanced threat protection now to get advanced spam detection 🤣

My (originally live.com, now) outlook.com emails have always had a significant amount of spam, but I noticed in the last week or two even my work exchange and gmail accounts are being inundated with emails I never subscribed to that I have to unsubscribe from.
