Is 240Hz monitor worth it?

Hardware Unboxed/Monitors Unboxed are great channels to watch for monitor reviews.  Most are on the higher-end, but you can get an idea of better brands.  They also have videos regarding refresh rates, etc..

I have AOCs mostly, in the 27-32" range, 144hz-165hz, at 1440p.  My current main is an MSI 4k at 32", 144hz.  1440p is really the sweet spot for gaming, but pros go 1080p high refresh for gaming on 24", for example.  I like 27-32" because of the extra size.  4k is overrated and expensive, but I can't say it's not nice.
