forster
Today was a good day! Upgraded from: X570 AM4 Wifi Tuf, 5700G, 32GB RAM, to X560 AM5 Aorus Elite AX, 7800X3D, 32GB RAM I was having pretty big issues with the previous system, I've kept the 6700XT and storage for now, but I'm loving the Aorus' 4x M.2 slots. Its amazing! I like the Corsair 4000D, it's not as easy to build in as I thought, but it looks nice enough! She's so pretty Now to play some games 🎮 Edited December 9, 2023 by forster adam7288, Steven P., hellowalkman and 1 other 2 2 Share Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1436391-am5-build-7800x3d/ Share on other sites

Astral
The Thermalright PA 120 is amazing for the pricepoint and should do a great job. forster 1 Share Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1436391-am5-build-7800x3d/#findComment-598868894 Share on other sites

I've changed the fan curve, its basically silent all the time with just a tiny hum, it's really impressive anyway nevermind that it's next to nothing to buy Sorely tempted to OC the 7800 but I know nothing about it, I dont know if it has the headroom but I doubt it needs it as I'm barely going to be pushing it.
