Possible to Lock PC while a PPT runs on screen 2?

Question

I have an old PC that will be used to display a power point on a lobby monitor. Is there a way to have a power point running on a second screen, while the user account is locked?

no that's not a possibility as far as I'm aware. when you lock, the 2nd monitor will just go black.

Nope, I don't think it's possible.

For those situations we would install a kiosk image. That way even if someone accessed the machine they wouldn't have access to anything on the network.

You would be better off using a raspberry pi connected to a monitor. We use Yodeck (one monitor is free). There is also screenly ose thats also free.

There are numerous apps you can use (like PresentationPoint) that will allow you to use a PPT as a Screensaver, so you can essentially set it as the Screensaver and then lock the PC and once the time limit is reached it will start looping the ppt.
