I am thinking of switching to a dual chamber case on my next build and using nzxt h6 flow https://nzxt.com/product/h6-flow-rgb. I was wondering if anyone has used a dual chamber case and can recommend some. Budget would be around $150. I would prefer rgb and if it comes with a fan/rgb controller that would be a plus.

I am not that familiar with them, but I have seen them. They are some good cases. :)

I did like the Look of the Antec one: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811129307?Item=N82E16811129307

If you don't like the Antec, this DeepCool is similar: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811853138?Item=N82E16811853138

Otherwise, the FractalDesign Node 804 is nice too: https://www.newegg.com/black-fractal-design-node-micro-atx-cube-case/p/N82E16811352047?Item=N82E16811352047

I had the Corsair 680X RGB, and loved it! "Unfortunately", i was gifted a larger motherboard (Asus Z690 Extreme), which was too big for the case, and managed to get a Corsair 7000D... which is massive and very... very heavy! But it isnt dual chambered! Next upgrade i will want to go back to the 680X.

Noticed the 680 has been superseded, with the 6500X - 6500X Mid-Tower Dual Chamber PC Case - Black (corsair.com) ... looks fantastic.

You should be able to pickup a 680X off fleabay for your budget easily!

I have this case and highly recommend it.  Acres of room, separate basement area for PS or HDD, easily holds a 1300 watt PS and a 3080 video card.  It comes with rgb fans installed.  Room for AIO water coolers in several locations, mine a 360 Arctic Freezer 3x120 fits easy.  All fans are 140mm, powerful and quite.  It is a huge beast though, so have enough space to fit it if you go for it , this is a full tower.
