My brother and his girl friend are looking for a Samsung Galaxy A15 5g in particular but could go for another fairly cheap Samsung phone. They are both on Obama phones, if they're still called that, is why they need an unlocked phone to bring to the place that will connect them to network. Where might be the most reputable and cheapest place to buy such a phone? He had purchased a couple a few weeks ago from somewhere else, but when he received them, they were locked to T-Mobile's network.
