Is it possible to see how many bitcoins are in bitcoin account?

I was deleting junk mail from my outlook and there was again this generic scam which is basicly a copy paste of the scam that has been going on for years.

There was a bitcoin account in it so I was wondering if it’s possible to see how many bitcoins are in that account? It’s hard to believe people fall for these but would be interisting to know.

Wouldn't fall for that.  It says "hapily masturbating", yeah - that's not me, I prefer to be unhappy while pleasuring myself.  Reminds me of the strippers and hookers I knew.  Never really got on with that side of the family...
