Flickering Black Lines on Monitor(s)

So TLDR; I bought 3 x MSI G274QPF Monitors last year around black friday from Costco. Around sometime early this year I wanna say, I noticed a thin black line on my left side monitor (see video) near the bottom where the taskbar is. I've tried multiple solutions to see if it would go away, such as using different cables.. HDMI and DisplayPort, using different refresh rates, resetting the monitor, and even trying it while having the monitor connected to another computer..the line persisted. FastForward to July and I notice my middle monitor (see video) started having the same problem, only though there were multiple lines, all near the bottom of the screen. Tried the same different suggestions and the lines come and go at random..especially when I am gaming I notice it happens. I don't know what is possibly faulty, can it be the monitor? can it be me graphics card? I have an EVGA RTX 3070. I'm just ###### off this is happening..is this a common problem with monitors that have high refresh rates? my monitors can be overclocked to 170Hz, and I was using 165Hz before that which is the highest it can go without being overclocked. Look at my video below to see what I am talking about, I just would like some clarity as to what is going on, and what I should do..obviously RMA it since it is still under warranty, but what if those come back with the same issues? Also, the 3rd monitor I have out of the 3..that one has yet to have the issue, but knock on wood..I'm afraid will happen to that one as well..

Isn't this the same issue you posted about in May?

@Nick H. It is the same issue I posted about a few months ago. Though now I am having a problem with 2 out of 3 of my monitors. Knock on wood though, I decided to clean my computer about an hour ago, and when I was re-connecting everything I decided to try switching the display port cables in different ports on the gpu. I still see the permenant black line on my left monitor, though I haven't seen the issue I am talking about having yet on my middle monitor..only time will tell though
