It is possible a certain person/website, also linked in the article, complained to the author and they temporarily removed the link (but not the citations). The guy and his website are a dark stain on tech, he steals and makes up sources and recycles old news, I am also aware that he made friends with the r/windows subreddit that banned Neowin's links. It is my hope that google catch on to it one day and act accordingly.
