I would try completely cleaning any existing drivers with DDU, and then clean installing with vanilla nVidia drivers (not the Asus ones).

You can find DDU here https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu- It will get rid of all driver files and any registry keys from previous installations. Make sure to get your driver from https://www.nvidia.com/ , use the download page to find the right package for your laptop.

you could simply rename of these lines

%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.076D.1028% = Section086, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_076D1028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.076E.1028% = Section087, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_076E1028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.076F.1028% = Section088, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_076F1028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0770.1028% = Section089, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07701028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0771.1028% = Section090, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07711028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0772.1028% = Section089, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07721028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0773.1028% = Section064, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07731028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0774.1028% = Section089, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07741028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0775.1028% = Section064, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07751028

%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0778.1028% = Section091, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_07781028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0802.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08021028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0803.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08031028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0825.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08251028

%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0885.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08851028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0886.1028% = Section092, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08861028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.0887.1028% = Section068, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08871028

%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.08A1.1028% = Section063, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08A11028
%NVIDIA_DEV.1C20.08A2.1028% = Section063, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_08A21028

to your PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C20&SUBSYS_00000000

that should work, i'm putting emphasis on "should" some testing troubleshooting will be required.

Also please note and follow instructions about driver enforcement.  https://www.thewindowsclub.com/disable-driver-signature-enforcement-windows

Hello,

Since this laptop was purchased used, I would suggest wiping the drive and reinstalling the operating system from the manufacturer's recovery media (you can usually download it from them), or the more generic Windows installation media.  Then use Windows Update to get the OS and drivers up to date, and install whatever utility the laptop manufacturer has to get any customized drivers or machines-specific software.  Then you should have a "clean slate" computer on which to work and play.
