Ixion
I would open an elevated commandline and run sfc.exe /scannow And also DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth To make sure any corrupted system files are repaired, beyond that a Kernal crash is difficult to diagnose much further as they can be caused by any number of driver errors, anticheats, antivirus etc. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1448517-blue-screen-with-win-11-24h2/#findComment-598944044 Share on other sites

Nick H. Supervisor Posted November 7 Supervisor Share Posted November 7 I'm going to go back for a moment... Are you installing Windows 11 from Microsoft's website? Are you on the stable channel, or the insider program? Are you still getting BSOD after reinstalling, or is the situation that only Notepad is crashing when you open it? xrobwx71
If you still have one available, upload that dump so it can be analyzed. C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\110424-12531-01.dmp You can use one of the services like google drive, dropbox, etc. Or, After a BSOD, use this: Download the BSOD Collection Application (click) and save it to Desktop folder. xillibit
I think i have found why notepad was crashing, it's because it had some tabs which keeping each time i open it, one of tab was a txt file from the outlook temp directory. By closing this tab, notepad ins't crashing anymore Nick H. 1 Share Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1448517-blue-screen-with-win-11-24h2/#findComment-598945268 Share on other sites
