Windows 11 wakes from sleep but only wallpaper shows up, no option to login?

Hello, I am having an issue with my MINISFORUM Mini PC Neptune HX99G AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX when I put it to sleep then wake it up, its stuck on the windows lock screen wallpaper but no option to login.  If I do a control alt it will then give me that option to login but I was hoping there is an actual fix for this, not a work around.  I have searched the web and see this issue dating back to 2021 with no fix. 

Side note I have 4 of these machines and its randomly maybe 1 out of the 4 has this issue as no one else has told me about it.

Please advise if you can.
