aye, check MD5... it looks to me as a corrupt download... you can try Bittorrent... its much safer :)

about language:

do you mean translate the UI, or make AutoPatcher work for i.e Dutch Windows XP?

Hi,

Finally I got success with the AutoPatcher-Feb04_full.exe download. Very good Job! (Y)

About language, I want to make AutoPatcher work for French Windows XP.

In fact, I customize "AutoPatcher_Dec and Jan" language to French thanks to .axp files.

I do not find any .axp files, AXPFiles folder neither in AutoPatcher-Feb04_full.exe as documented in "AutoPatcher XP\Documentation\Files\custom_lang.html".

Tnx for yr help

coucou

The axp files are integrated into the "AutoPatcher Core.db" Edit it and scroll to the bottom. :)

Hi FlishFun,

Tnx for the info.

Furthermore, when I customize "AutoPatcher_Dec and Jan" language to French i added other Hotfix/prog and i had to declare them in autopatcherxp.apdb which not existing anymore.

I think, that AutoPatcher Core.db include autopatcherxp.apdb and *.axp files. Isnt'it???

BTW, it's not easy working with Notepad to modifyAutoPatcher Core.db (lignes too long) have you any recommanded Editor utility?

From Feb release onwards, batch files and database share the same file... this should help you manage your database and limit the number of clicks you have to do... so in AutoPatcher Core.db you will find both the database tree AND the batch files... hint: batch files are in the end of the database file :)

username: apxp

password: neowin

port: 2680

Thanks

Hi,

I'm starting to make AutoPatcher.Feb04 work for French Windows XP.

As I customized "AutoPatcher_Dec and Jan" language, I want to suck all the French Hotfix/progs to the Feb version, and search only those added in AutoPatcher.Feb04 .

Where do I founf the "what new" exact list of Autopatcher version by version. I saw it somewhere else and I can't find it anymore.

Regards

coucou
