kombolcha Posted March 14, 2004 Share Posted March 14, 2004 if you go into the start panel properties there is a setting in there were you can make the menu scroll instead of having what you have.. do you actually use it.. if i were you i would delete all the unwanted menues.. no need for the ones you don't use. Smaller text or smaller box? Smaller text is controlled by the "appearance" tab in desktop properties. (Right click desktop, click "Appearance". Smaller size is controlled by two thjings. The size of the text and the longest entry name in the list. The width of the columns will expand to fit the largest name it contains. The scrolling is controlled by Taskbar and Start Menu Settings, Start Menu, Customize, Advanced, "Scroll Programs" This is with Classic Start Menu disabled.
