Msstyle is the format of the 3 themes(And subsequent 3rd party ones that you can get) that come with XP by default. UXtheme is the dll file which is used to run them. You know how it goes, you fix something, another two spring up in an unrelated application. Stardock has a lot of customers who have a lot of funky applications (like DeadAIM ;-) so it can take a while to get things working perfectly. If something doesn't work perfectly, that's OK for a beta put onto ODNT, but not for a full point release.
