g3nu1n3
If you are a regular user of mouse gestures like offered in Opera, MyIe2, Avant, Mozilla etc ... I bet ull find it instinctive to use mouse gestures when u open up My Computer or My Documents when u want to move back or up a folder level !!! Is there any app that let it happen ? WildFire
Ya thats a pretty neat program.. I'll have to see how much I start using it to warrant keeping it ;) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/154270-mouse-gestures/#findComment-1921023 Share on other sites
mojomonkee
everyone i know who uses strokeit is a religious user... it's the kind of thing where you start using it and you become dependent upon it (i'm the same way with litestep's popup menu and hotkeys). it's a real bitch using a computer that isn't yours... none of your 2-second motions work and it takes twice as long to do anything. :| Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/154270-mouse-gestures/#findComment-1921177 Share on other sites

Im already liking it.. I'm just closing/minimising things, using back/forward buttions and controlling winamp related stuff on my other monitor so far - and its great. bipp5
strokeit absolutely rocks! i can't like live without it anymore. it's one of the first programs i download (after getting drivers and such installed) after reformatting... it's insane. and like many people here, i often find myself using gestures on other people's computers when they don't even have it installed... heh... :pinch: Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/154270-mouse-gestures/#findComment-1921457 Share on other sites
Ridgeburner
Hmm, it's a really great program, and works flawlessly 99% of the time, but I don't really care for it as it tends to slow me down when im working. I don't always draw letters so perfectly, so drawing a W to open my web browser 3 or 4 times isnt exactly productive. I know i could change it to something else, but, just not a program for me. But it definitely is great though, I might venture more into it in the future. dreamz Veteran Posted April 3, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 3, 2004 chr_is said: sorry, ive never heard of this before, can someone explain this stuff to me? it's a program that gives you mouse gestures. basically you can draw shapes with your mouse that correspond to certain actions. e.g. hold the middle button and move the mouse left = go back in browser. speedy_kevin
Very nice program :D With opera when you right click and then left click very fast after eachother you go one page back. Can I put this into StrokeIt? Only saw options to add standard shapes, but no mouse clicks.
