Suddenly_Dead
This is some very nice software, and it blends in so nicely with the rest of windows. Doing the 4 clicks to quit thing was a good plan. Thanks. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/2/#findComment-1971746 Share on other sites

crazy1
RCube, took a screenshot and edited it a little by adding 1 pixel of space between the hour and minutes. if you're still open to suggestions, and if it's possible to do, it looks a little better with the 1 pixel space added, IMO  minor change but spacing is more even it seems Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/2/#findComment-1972063 Share on other sites

jbo
Nice work on the app RCube. One thing I was wondering though, since this is a derivative from TClock, I can't run a second instance of it, so I'd like to ask if it would be possible that you bring back the start button customization feature? Thanks! Keep up the great work =) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/2/#findComment-1972526 Share on other sites
RCube
BxBoy thanx for the NIP! :) crazy1 is right, the min and hour were too close together. So 1 pixel gap added in 1.05a. Also single text shadow themes such as "Azure" works now. BTallack, how does Neowin branding work? jbo, I don't want to go into TClock's territory too much. And I like to get all the bugs out of the clock right now. But maybe a very simple way to customize the start button can be worked into LClock2 in the near future. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/2/#findComment-1974326 Share on other sites

BTallack
BTallack, how does Neowin branding work? There are several Neowin branded programs right now, such as AutoPatcher or UXTheme Multi-patch. Both of these are utilities that simply have the Neowin prefix and are supported by Neowin's members. There's a specific section of the forum for Neowin branded applications. To make it official though, I believe you'd have to contact one of the Admins. PM Redmak, Voodoo, or Neobond. They all usually pretty quick to get back to you. BTW, if you need a mirror for your program, I'd be glad to provide one for you. RCube
Everybody please update to 1.10a. It has some cool new features that should make everybody happy. :D Just play with the LClock2.ini file. superclo, now you can use 24hour time or double digit hours. And also take off the AM/PM. jbo, you got that start button. Look in the LClock2.ini file. Also startbtn.bmp. :D TonicX, now you can change the font/size/etc. But you might have to play around with the position setting once you change the font. jbo
Rcube, you have done some amazing enchancements in this release! I cannot think of anything more this app would need ;) I am in your debt! The least I can do is to host this app for you, if the need be. Much respect! RCube
Thanx BTallack! :) And thank you guys for offering to host the little program. Once development slows down a bit I'll let you guys know. ;) And yeah I don't mind getting it Neowin branded. :) So we are at 1.11a. I have made an installer to go with the program. :D Now I am looking for a cool icon to go with the program. If you are interested in having your icon as the offical LClock icon, please post some designs here. :p But it must be small in file size. 0sit0
would be good to make it like fade from one minute to another, and hour to hour a simple fade, but of course i dunno how to do that hehe :ninja: Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/2/#findComment-1979400 Share on other sites
