Night.Hawk
Modified from orliville's layout and ciaran00's buttons. :)http://www.sfu.ca/~yhana/lclock/skins/skin2.png skin2.zip Link doesn't work over here. I like that a whole lot though. Does it not work for anyone else? Edit: Works now, thanks :D Edited September 16, 2004 by NeoTech Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584573125 Share on other sites
Night.Hawk
Edit: Nevermind. I just looked in the Calendar.ini file instead. RCube
Nice clock, many thanks for it. Also thanks for all guys posting nice skins keeping me busy trying all of them...Somebody already requested an option for showing also week numbers in the calender ? And maybe showing weekends or some customizable days (saturdays, sundays in my case) in different colors ? Also, is it just me who thinks there's too much free space on the left an right side of the clock, making the tray unnecessarily big ? I couldn't find a setting in metrics that makes the overall width of the clock smaller. I tried my best to make the left and right spacing the same as the default clock. The spacing might look bigger when there is only a single digit hour displayed(e.g. 3:30). Exit lclock, I bet the total space it was using is no more than the default windows clock. NeoTech, I messed up skin2.zip. Just fixed it now. :p btw, I updated skin1.zip with some extra backgrounds: two without shadow and one of them have square edges at the bottom. You might have to reload this page to see the new image: Edited September 16, 2004 by RCube Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584573158 Share on other sites
Night.Hawk
'Nother post. On the calendar.ini file of skin2, it points to llhbg1.bmp which doesn't exsist. The name of the background file is lhbg.bmp lol :p Edit: haha.... too late. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584573204 Share on other sites

If asked, i would give my vote to add some more selectable information in that space (e.g. weekday name, week number, ...) Thanks again for your nice work, RCube. Hum, I think a screenshot of your clock would help. As for other info to show up in the systray, that is a maybe for now. Even if I do it, it won't be done anytime soon. I have other features I need to implement first. :p Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584575494 Share on other sites
Indoda
A very nice enhanced tray clock. Could I ask for a small enhancement? Please could the alarm msgbox to be placed on top of all windows so that it can be seen. I don't use sounds for alarms. Night.Hawk
See what ya think. I left the image in the corner and left it gray because I thought it still went with it. Haven't changed the buttons, but I probably will later on. It would sorta make it look better and go along with the blue better. Oh, and it's still transparent, but I took the picture on a white background. skin3.zip Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584583304 Share on other sites

Was making them to go with the skin mod I made, but they don't go to well :p. Edit: Updated the picture and the zip so there isn't any blue in it now. lhbuttons2.zip Edited September 18, 2004 by NeoTech Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584583989 Share on other sites

RCube
I need to release 1.62b first for the glass skin to work. :p But for the other ones, you just need to download the skin zip files and extract them to your lclock folder. RCube
LClock 1.62b is out. The main purpose of this version is to have better skin support. The following allows you to control where the calendar is drawn on the background: CalRasterizedOffsetX=0 CalRasterizedOffsetY=0 CalRasterizedWidth=-1 CalRasterizedHeight=-1 With those in place, we can have skins like glass: glass.zip Edited September 19, 2004 by RCube Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157465-longhorn-systray-clock/page/31/#findComment-584588579 Share on other sites
