Laughing-Man
Awesome, three Monday night football games the Eagles. The one Monday night football game I have marked on my calendar with ten circles around it: Monday, Nov. 15: Philadelphia at Dallas, 9:00 PM. IndianPimp99
It's nice to see the Bears back on Thanksgiving Day. I'm a little torn about the Christmas Day doubleheader but get back to me on the 26th. There was a comment on the Daily Quickie on ESPN that was kinda true. The schedule makers never guess the breakout teams because they base the national TV games on last years performance so I'm kinda glad the Bears are being skipped over. CatnipOligarchy
,Apr 15 2004, 13:50] those games are just destined to teams with winning record but michael vick.. winning record or not, this guy is incredible and hes good for ratings too.. theyre probably just afraid that he'll get hurt and the falcons will lay a goose egg on monday night like they did last year Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/157717-2004-nfl-schedule/#findComment-1974639 Share on other sites

CatnipOligarchy
,Apr 15 2004, 13:53] you are going to get angry at me for this... but: pity that you cant trust in the health of the player you have your faith on, this just reflects the overall team mediocricy its not that myself or other falcons fans dont have faith in michael vick, its that ABC doesnt. Last year Vick got hurt and Atlanta lost 31-0 on Monday Night Football. Owner Arthur Blank even wrote ABC a letter of apology for his team's performance. We actually have a decent backup QB this year in Ty Detmer. Vick will be just fine, but even if he was to get hurt again, i'm confident that after the draft, this will still be a playoff caliber team. mooker
A couple of years ago (in the 2002 season I think), a really nice PDF file of the entire 2002 NFL season was posted to the usenet. It was from the AP feed. Does anyone out there have something like that for the 2004 season? Labtec
I'm as big a Falcon fan as any, but no way Falcons deserve to be on Monday Night Football with record of 5-11 last year- Even with Vick.
