Hurmoth
Just wondering if anyone has heard the current status of Aaron Boone? Wondering if he might be able to return to the game before the end of the season? CatnipOligarchy
he is no longer under contract with the yankees. cashman did say though that once boone is healthy, the yankees would be interested in reacquiring him. My personal opinion is that if the Yankees drop him, they are stupid. If it wasn't for Boone, the Yankees wouldn't have made it to the World Series last year! If it wasn't for Boone, the Yankees wouldn't have made it to the World Series last year! well what were they supposed to do? it was in his contract not to play basketball, and he did anyways and blew out his knee.. so it was either hold on to an injured boone and call up someone from the minors to play 3B, like most any other team would do, or drop Boone and get Alex Rodriguez. With the financial resources the Yankees have, it was an easy decision Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/158512-yankees-update/#findComment-1983710 Share on other sites
