Toxicfume Veteran Posted June 10, 2004 Veteran Share Posted June 10, 2004  What's that emoticon for? I think Radish made a very right decision to stop what you were trying to do. You were indeed given these invites to invite people for free and not to make money off them, so if you still want profit for something you are supposed to give for free, please go elsewhere, thanks. HellBender
In any case, its hardly worth trying to make a profit off invites any more. They dont sell for a penny over $10 now.
xplatinum
In any case, its hardly worth trying to make a profit off invites any more. They dont sell for a penny over $10 now. Especially since more and more people are getting invited and these same people end up having invites too. Now there's so many people giving them out... its growing by the minute :p

ImLovinIt99
Hello I am the owner of my own private hosting company for a couple websites I own. I have been quite keen on getting a couple email accounts, and the new invites were just sent out so I decided to set up a trade with anyone who wants to. I set up 3 extra hosting accounts for trade with 3 gmail invites. They include: -200mb space -25gb bandwidth/month -PHP and MySQL with 10 databases -Daily backups I will host 3 people for 3 years on these accounts if you I can get 3 gmail accounts, thanks! Individuals can invite, or if you have more than one, I can set up a nicer account.

+BeLGaRaTh Subscriber¹ Posted June 11, 2004 Subscriber¹ Share Posted June 11, 2004 [sarcasm] What i like is people who have signed up just to ask in this thread for a gmail account ... can someone me an invite pls? email address is I.sell.my.soul@gmail.com I have to agree with Radish ... its getting out of hand ... Hell a 62 page thread with almost every post saying give me an invite ... with every excuse under th sun ... im 14 can I have an account cos I cant afford anything else, i trade photos so I deserve an account (or words to that effect), dont like hotmail so I deszerve an account :( I was fortunate enough to have a good friend (at least I consider it that way, cheers Ryan, you know who you are :)) who offered me an invite .... but for most it seems like a life or death situation :( Is it that hard to wait 2-3 mths to sign up officially? if u get one now are your really gonna use it? for that matter if u get one in the future are you gonna use it? I think not ... It's a freakin' email address, not a life changing, do or die episode within your life ... Anyhoo, ive gone on long enough, and apologise if I offended anyone, but it needed saying IMO :) [/sarcasm]

LOC Veteran Posted June 11, 2004 Veteran Share Posted June 11, 2004 I want one, but I won't go begging around for one. Or starting 900 threads begging for one. I suppose just by this response I could be thought of as begging for one. Bleh. <subliminal>Please send me an invite, I'm desperate, I can't live without a Gmail account!</subliminal> Spymac, Aventuremail, Gmail. What's next, unlimited email storage on the moon?!
