I'm converted! (windowblinds)

Oh, does anyone know if WindowFX can add a shadow the Taskbar when its positioned at the top of the screen?

I am currenlty using yzShadow and also yzToolbar.  WB 3.4 means I can throw away yzToolbar, however if WindowFX can replace yzShadow (for taskbar) then I'll just go and update my ObjectDesktop from Stardock.

I can confirm that the latest version of WindowFX on ODNT (beta 2.19whatever) does indeed support taskbar shadows, along with the new and spiffy Tile Windows feature.

I bought it recently also. WB4 is great. I will never go backed to hacking system files, which I didn't feel good about in the first place. WB is really becoming a great program.

I'm suprized, amazed and ultimately dissapointed how many people have directed this thread into a fanboyish argument. I am all for discussion, but come on guys. You like WB, great! You don't, fine too! Use what you like, but don't critisize others for having a different opinion. It was "civilized" discussions that lead me to try WB in the first place, it just so happened that I liked it, others may not. Be informed that once you personally attack someone else, or their intelligence, it has gone beyond discussion and into defensive arguing that not only ****es other people off, but more than likely reduces the credibility of any point that you were trying to make in the first place. /rant off

Anyway, thanks to everyone who has been helpful and informative. Neowin is a great online comunity, on the whole.

thanks for the nice words. yes indeed everyone has their own opinion on what they use. window blinds hasn't always been this good, once they used a lot of memory and unfortunaly that stayed in the memory of people. it has changed though. :)
