Free Your Mind.

In this second chapter of the "Matrix" trilogy, Neo assumes greater command of his extraordinary powers as Zion falls under siege to the Machine Army. Only a matter of hours separates the last human enclave on Earth from 250,000 Sentinels programmed to destroy mankind. Matrix Revolutions, The

Everything that has a beginning has an end.

In the powerful final chapter of the Matrix trilogy, Neo (Keanu Reeves) took another step forward in the quest for truth that began with his journey into the real world at the outset of The Matrix ? but that transformation has left him drained of his power, adrift in a no man?s land between the Matrix and the Machine World. While Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) holds vigil over Neo?s comatose body, Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) grapples with the revelation that the One in which he has invested a life?s worth of faith is merely another system of control invented by the architects of the Matrix. During the stunning conclusion, the rebel?s long quest for freedom culminates in an explosive battle. As the Machine Army wages devastation on Zion, its citizens mount an aggressive defense ? but can they stave off the relentless swarm of Sentinels long enough for Neo to harness the full extent of his powers and end the war? I've deliberately held off getting Revolutions (and I only have part I on VHS) precisely because I wanted a funky box set with all the trimmings. A little annoying it has the Animatrix in it (already have it), but that should have been expected...

How about a super-maxi variety that also includes the soundtracks and scores? :)

Whoa 9 discs.

I was expecting like 5-6 discs.

I also waited just for the boxset, cause i knew that it would have some extra footage, i heard they actually filmed 12 hours of docoumentary on explaining the story, but i guessed that it would be cutted down.

But since it's now a 9 disc set maybe not :p

Hope it's out soon though. Heard it wouldn't be out until the end of the year.

I have all 3 films. The special features bore me - I know the supposed "mythos" of the Matrix, I know who has been in what films, watching nerds build a crane and blow it up is dull, and bullet-time is old.

Now it's done and dusted, the air has cleared, the matrix sums up to one good film, two sloppy sequels and a good collection of 'toons. Why buy anything more?

Am I the only one that didn't like StarWars or LOTR?

The extended versions of the LoTR movies are much better than the theatrical versions, your not the only one but you are in the minority! (as long as you just mean the original star wars trilogy, and not the new ones)

I watched the first LOTR and hated it, forgot everything about it. I also vowed not to watch the new Star Wars, although I was forced to. ;) I might rent the first two new ones and the three old because I played Jedi Academy and now I'm curious. I'll probably wait for the new third one to come out on video and watch those three, then the three old ones.
