that font looks great where its large but a bit messy when its smaller what font is it? i was recently playing around with some layouts using the JSLancient font and it also looked quite nice above 14/16pt,s but not so nice below that (it also has an annoying lack of symbols)

Got tired of Aero glassiness and switched to basic...

Foobar playlist obviously inspired by Seifer78, but completely coded by myself (except two images by em3)...

Nothing spectacular, but fits my needs perfectly...

is it possible to have the same ui but on the left side, instead of artists I want to have playlists. I want to switch from itunes and I never installed foober2k so I dont even know how to install the themes..

not 100% about this but for a simple mp3 player/memory card you can just use mass tagger to move the files onto it, its only ipods that require a component

BBmartini!

Great layout! One of the best i've seen using it now :)

But one question, if I have a folder with many single-tracks, is there a way to show them in a "better-looking" way?

It looks kinda strange with the Orange "bar" above every single track :)

Anyway, thanks for a good job!

Old post, not sure if it received a reply, but here's my grouping:

$if(%album%,$if2(%disc%,%album%),!noheader!)

If there is album, sort by that, and if there are multiple discs to an album, they are displayed grouped as well. If not, there's no header.

Oh, thanks :) Useful

I've got a bit of a problem with my foobar. I've arranged it nicely using foo_browser but everytime I click on an album in the Album section, the Genre and Artist section will also change according to the album I select. If I select Genre or Artist, I would have no problem with the arrangement as its segments it correctly. It's just my Album section that has a problem. What I'm trying to do is an arrangement which is similar to iTunes. Can anyone help me?

preferences -> Media Library -> Browser

make sure the Precedence column is set correctly. If it isn't, you can select a panel, click on edit and change it.

for iTunes like behavior,

genre has a precedence of 1

artist 2

album 3

To anyone using an SCP setup: How the heck do you navigate a large library? I've got a pretty bares-bones, ugly setup right now, but it was the only way I could fathom to get the functionality I needed...
