It depends what you are planning to do.

For example i use the Album Art panel not for album art, but for artist pictures, and you can make it display random images eg

\Music\%artist%\*.jpg

will randomly display (and cycle through) all jpg images in the artists folder.

Wont cycle here tho :s, will pick a random images, but never cycle.

^Guess I have a new foobar after some Vista tweaks

Looks pretty functional as far as I can see :)

edit: Well, pretty cool (and functional es expected)... Excellent library functionality!

Always wanted it that way, but I was too lazy to code it :p

Thanks for the tip... didn't even realize it was beige due to to minimized brightness on my laptop ;)

Made a toolbar myself matching the vista toolbar blue. Now I'm thinking to add some glass, but I don't really know where...

Just one question, I don't seem to get headers in my playlist. Any ideas on that? Looked through the code but couldn't find anything besides the isSingle variable :)

i have that one too. don't know why it wont save my ratings when i click the stars :puzzled:

edit: ok, got it. Go to:

Pref > Tools > Custom info > Storage method Selection > Text file (custominfo.txt) > Press "Switch" button

edit2: weird, it saves my rating but ONLY for Rating 5 and below. LOL

^My new configs use rating from 1-10. You need to add 6-10 if 1-5 already worked for you. Check the Context Menu Commands for custom_info.

Speaking of ratings. When i click on the star that i want nothing happens after that. The stars should turn yellow before the one i selected.

Did you setup the Custom Info the right way?

Preferences > Tools > Custom Info > General > Storage method seceltion: > Text file (fb2k\custominfo.txt)

And have you select the selection boxes under that?
