+Xinok Subscriber² Posted February 27, 2010 Subscriber² Share Posted February 27, 2010 I've been using Foobar2000 for a couple of months now. This is what my layout looks like currently. It's kind of ugly now, but it used to look worse. :pinch:
haxaco
Hey peeps, i was looking for a skin that had that "Love" song button to be used with last.fm and i found it in monolite but it kinda craps out. Im using foobar2000 v1.0.1 beta 1 Im getting this error when I load the last.fm version of monolitemod-slim: http://pengspawnie.deviantart.com/art/MonoLiteMod-Slim-147924669 "Scripting Engine Initialization Failed (GUID: FBC983BC-AF6C-4C77-9C56-79BB21793256, CODE: 0x8000ffff) Check the console for more detailed information." And heres what the consoles says: "Error: WSH Panel Mod (GUID: FBC983BC-AF6C-4C77-9C56-79BB21793256): Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method Ln: 33, Col: 1 <no source text available>" Otherwise how should i add a "love" this song button on my foobar? preferably using columnsUI. Thanks :)
marc2003
if you want proper instructions, take a look here.... http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=76772 (the info in that post about file tagging is obsolete. it now uses a database to store loved track/playcount info) EDIT: if you just want to "love" a track and are not interested in fetching playback stats/showing the "Loved" status in your playlists, you can use the foo_softplaylists component on it's own without the need for any of this scripting malarkey. foo_softplaylists - http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=76133

FiREFLi
Anyone knows how to change column color font? Assuming you're in ColumnsUI.. Preferences > Display > Columns UI > Playlist View Columns Tab > Pick a column (you have to do them seperately I think) > Scripts Tab In the display field put $rgb(r,g,b) [%title%] Or whatever field it was Hope that helps Here's mine: Looks good! Couple of questions; what UI is that (and does it matter)? How have you taken advantage of glass? And what font is that?
ViperAFK
Its columns ui, to get the glass I used this wsh panel mod: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=77883&st=300&p=698977entry698977 Font is segoe UI 8pt semibold
trag3dy
Is there a way to make Foobar have a smoother scroll? Currently when I scroll the play list goes down by pages instead of just a line or two. Which is kind of annoying when I have a long play list. I hope that makes sense and that it's a simple question with a simple answer.

Natasha
and how to add background image? Inside PanelStackSplitter: Choose the "Behavior" pane... click the "Pseudo transparency" option... and... Select "Use background image... - and navigate to the jpg file you want to add. Also, rightclick your ELPlaylist and choose Settings... from the popop menu... Select the "Style" pane and click the "Pseudo-transparent Background" option Restart Foobar :-)
ViperAFK
Well I managed to accidentally delete my columns layout in the options and was too lazy to put it back together so I am now using default UI, facets and ESplaylist and quite like it:
