I just want it so that there is no black border around it, unless thats like the original. Also while on the topic of whistler, which is the best watercolor theme? I have been searching for such a login screen for Windows XP since I first started using the platform (having read extensively on the alpha/beta stages of and, hence, about Whistler). It's clean, simple and professional, and goes well with the visual styles imitating the short-lived Watercolour theme from the Whistler beta. I found one made by OldeCrow, which is nearly perfect, albeit it does not expand to fit the whole of the screen resolution. Hence, if a project to re-create Whistler's login screen for XP is in the works, this link may be useful: http://www.winsupersite.com/images/reviews...2250_pro_08.gif Of course, it could make do without "whistler" on the side, perhaps replaced by "windows xp" (in which case the flag would need to be replaced by the one from XP). Otherwise, the light blue bar on the side could be left empty. The other details, however, are worth re-creating. And, if possible, the login screen should be for all resolutions. Thanks. OldeCrow Posted June 22, 2004 Share Posted June 22, 2004 the reason mine uses a center panel is to set the image size for the vertical whistler text and cuz i was on a center panel kick when i made it ;) With out the vertical text it wouldnt be hard to make a full screen version and i could make a full screen version with the vertical text too but the text would get progressivly smaller in larger and larger screenmodes if i did. I may revisit that logon in the future and see if i can recreate it more closely but there were some major changes in the logon between those early whistler builds and the final most notibly the vertical text in the original logon was actually text and not an image and that function was removed from the final logon ..
