ultrafxp is also very good, but since i own a legal license for flashfxp i'll stick to it forever and a day.

also i can't find how much is costs cuz it's not listed on the website. that alone sounds fishy to me.

but flashfxp doesn't have a tabbed interface(multi-thread?), which has been requested for ages, and flashfxp doesn't support scriptting.

ftprush IS ultrafxp w/ fancier(and in my opinion more annoying) interfance

original developer sold sourcecode to another company and they renamed it to ftprush

why not go ffxp forum and take a look at these posts, i have been using ffxp for 4 years already(purchased in 2000 if i remember), i can't count how many people have asked such a request.

can you count how many times that request have been addressed and explained?

as far as i know after v3.x is stable, bigstar will begin to research/code complete rewrite. it will be much more capable/flexible and won't have limitations that are currently in flashfxp

that will be great if flashfxp can make it possible. as i said, end users don't care about why it cannot be, how difficuilt it could be, blah blah, they are not programmer, they just use software, since there is another choice, they have rights to try it.

This is not true. They purchased ultrafxp source code but the app is completely rewrited.

Anyway in the agreement with ulrafxp author they stated that ultrafxp old customers will have free ftprush license.

no it is not.

the only major difference between last release of ultrafxp and 1st release of ftprush was that gui is now using that retarded flatstyle module :x

guts of the client are still exactly the same, it is not completly rewriten

must be the way the skin or the gui is made

I keep my first idea to stay with FileZilla
