Direct Connect problem

hello, i just downloaded n installed Direct Connect (1.0 prevview b9).

well the problem is: everytime i start the app , like 5 windows/office xp installer diolouges always shows up.. it?s pretty annoying.. so if anyone could help me i would be very happy /thank (excuse my bad english)

The same thing happened to me, i just put in the office cd, and it installs some office thing, then it goes away and doesn't come up again..well not for a few weeks at least..sorry but i don't know how to fix it.

I have had this problem aswell, but I want to use this post to tell all DirectConnect users to download the security update patch.

hehe, i had that problem too.

i got kinda ****ed, so after a while i went into the office-install dialog in the "add/remove program"-control applet and deselected as much of office as i could... it installs way too much bull for any sane person ever to use =P

i can?t find my stupid office xp cd so i cant install the stupid things that r needed ;PPPPP wtf does dc have to do with ffice, i dont get it
